Best acne treatment if you have rosacea?? - alternatives for rosacea

Hello! Help! I have both rosacea and acne. I was told that I would not use a lifetime for any product containing salicylic acid causes becuz worsen rosacea. This seems true. But I think that salicylic acid is best to treat pimples. So I have an alternative. my whole face is covered with small bumps and then a little real pimples.
Who knows, the best way to treat acne or pimples rosacea IF YOU HAVE?
It's super depressing for me. Also not sure what they can not go to a doctor. and proactively suggest it - becuz that burns my face!
